Parsley Box Group PLC is a UK-based company that delivers ready meals to customers across the UK. Its share price in October 2022 was very volatile and declined significantly. The share price started the month at 35p and reached a high of 40p on October 4. However, it then plummeted to 5p on October 18, after the company issued a profit warning and said it was in talks with its lenders. The share price continued to fall to 1.1p by October 31, as the company faced liquidity issues and customer complaints. The share price closed at 2.8p on November 18, after the company announced its intention to delist from the stock market and seek a buyer. On October 25, the company announced that it was in discussions with its lenders to secure additional funding and that it was exploring various strategic options, including a potential sale of the business. On October 31, the company announced that it had received a number of indicative offers from interested parties and that it was continuing to evaluate its options.
