Those are just a couple of examples of how you can use this tool.

IMPORTANT: Once you have upgraded you will find your Custom Notifications under "My Account" section in your user Navigation in the tab "Manage Custom Notifications".

You will also have a "Set Up Alerts" button next to the "Add to League" button on all Tipsters, Brokers and Sectors Pages. So you can set up or manage alerts as you need too.

Each tipster’s StockoScore reflects their ability to generate consistent risk-adjusted tip performance, and the likelihood that their performance be attributed to skill and not luck. Put simply, our StockoScores allow you to ‘filter out the noise’ on our tip platform. You’ll be able to see where tipsters rank in our universe of brokers and tipsters, and for every tip you’ll be able to see if that tipster features in our ‘top tipster’ lists.

With StockoScores advanced ranking you’ll be able to quickly identify the best tipsters to follow to help you develop your investment portfolio.

NOTE: StockoScores have been developed with researchers at the Banking and Finance Department of a leading UK University

Company consensus summarize the current market sentiment towards a particular company.

They combine the most recent open tip from each Tipster/Broker to produce a single value to describe market opinion. A changing company consensus score can indicate that market sentiment is shifting towards a particular stock. We graph the company consensus over the past 12 weeks to display the trending sentiment towards the particular stock.

To work out Tip Performance we calculate the percentage difference between the share price at the time of the tip and the current share price.

This is then the 'Tip Performance' and is calculated every time the share price is updated.

For Buy type tips (Buy, Hold, Risky Buy) we take the Ask price and compare it with the current Bid price.

For Sell type tips (Sell, Avoid) we take the Bid price and compare it with the current Ask price.

For a Sell tip to perform well, the share price must drop. This is shown as a positive performance. Should the stock rise, it will be shown as a negative performance.

Stockomendation generates, records and tracks numerous performance statistics to give to an in-depth insight into tipsters and brokers performance dimensions. Want to know a tipster’s hit rate in a particular sector? Or maybe the average performance of your favourite broker’s sell tips? Or even who has the best hit rate in the energy sector? Stockomendation’s unique platform has all this information and more available.

Notifications include Tip Alerts, Watch List Summary, Tipster League Summary, Portfolio Summaries and Custom Notifications. The number of Notifications you can receive is limited depending on your membership level. You can also receive Updates which are update emails on Monday and Wednesday showing the top tips – these Update emails are not included in your Notification limit and available to all members.
