1. BUY DotDigital
Top performing stock pick this week is BUY DotDigital Group by Zaven Boyrazian in The Motley Fool with a tip performance of 9%.
Dotdigital is an online marketing company listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange as Dotdigital Group PLC. It is an email, marketing automation, and customer engagement service provider. Founded in 1999 as a web design agency, its mail provider was launched in 2002, built especially for the BBC. In 2008 dotmailer became a PLUS market listed PLC, opened its first Manchester office and was included in Deloitte's Technology Fast 500.
Dotdigital share price launched at 9p in 2011, reached an all-time high of 278p in 2021 and is today at 93p.
On 6th November it released its Final Results in this RNS reporting strong growth in revenue driven by acquisitions and innovations.

2. LONG TERM BUY Ashtead
Second top performing stock pick this week is LONG TERM BUY Ashtead Group by Ben McPoland in The Motley Fool with a tip performance of 8%.
Ashtead Group is an international equipment rental company. Operating under the brand name Sunbelt Rentals, it rents construction and industrial equipment to a variety of customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Ashtead share price launched at 30p in 1993, reached an all-time high of 6,450p in 2021 and is today at 6,336p.
Shares in the Group hit a 52 week high from the Trump rally. Berenberg, Deutsche and Jefferies all reissued their BUY ratings on the stock on Wednesday.

3. SECTOR PERFORM 3i Group
Third top performing stock pick is SECTOR PERFORM 3i Group by RBC Capital with a tip performance of 8%.
3i Group is an investment company specialising in private equity and infrastructure. Its private equity business focuses on generating capital returns through investment and asset management in the consumer, healthcare, industrial technology, and business and technology sectors; whilst the infrastructure business manages assets for third-party investors and 3i's capital. Its main investment is Dutch discount retailer Action.
On Wednesday Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock to BUY from HOLD sending shares up 5%.
3i share price launched at 195p in 1994 and reached an all-time high on Wednesday at 3,493p.
RBC Capital downgraded the stock to SECTOR PERFORM from OUTPERFORM noting 140% price gain in the past 3 years.
